Registration

This application is a request to be in the tournament and does not imply acceptance until notified in writing by the Atlanta Fire Hockey Club Tournament Director.

Contact information for Tournament Host Hotels will be provided once your application is accepted. The Cooler would prefer if your team stayed at a host hotel.

Full payment ($1,195) is due to reserve a spot for your team. Register by November 15, 2011, and pay $1050. $250 of the fee is non-refundable. Refund requests must be made by December 1, 2011 in writing.

Register online by clicking here. Please use the TEAM MANAGER'S name, phone number, and e-mail address when beginning your registration online. Coaches information will be asked for at the bottom of the page, before payment information. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION AUTOMATICALLY!

Checks or money orders (made to 'ATLANTA FIRE PEEWEE MAJOR') with total fees due must be sent with application. You can also fax your registration to The Cooler at 770-649-6572 with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express information included.
